CONCERNING
NOTIFICATION OF CUSTOMS SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENT
IN BATAM, BINTAN DAN KARIMUN ISLAND

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering :

• a. whereas for the agenda of improving the service and observation of the entry and exit of goods from and to Batam, Bintan, and Karimun Island then it is considered necessary to apply Notification of Customs Single Administrative Document (PP-SAD);
• b. whereas based on consideration as referred to in point a, then it is need to specify Regulation of Minister of Finance about Notification of Customs Single Administrative Document in Batam, Bintan, and Karimun Island.

In view of:

• 1. Law No. 10/1995 about Customs Affairs;
• 2. Law No. 11/1995 about Excise;
• 3. Government Regulation No. 33/1996 about Bond Warehouse as last amended by Government Regulation No. 43/1997;
• 4. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;
• 5. Decree of The Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 about Customs Notification as has revised several times and last amended by Decree of The Minister for Finance No. 48/KMK.04/2005;
• 6. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 580/KMK.04/2003 about Procedure and Supervision of Importation Goods for Import Purpose;
• 7. Decree of The Minister of Finance No. 583/KMK.04/2003 about Implementation of VAT and Sales Tax to Luxurious goods in Bond warehouse (Bonded Zone) of Batam Island Industrial Area;
• 8. Decree of The Minister of Finance No. 584/KMK.04/2003 about The Entry of Goods from outside Custom territory to Bonded warehouse (Zone Bonded) of Batam Island Industrial Area as has been amended by Decree of The Minister of Finance No. 16/PMK.04/2005;
• 9. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 60/PMK.04/2005 about Bond Warehouse in Batam, Bintan and Karimun Island as has been changed with Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 89/PMK.04/2005;

DECIDES :

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT NOTIFICATION OF CUSTOMS SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENT IN BATAM, BINTAN DAN KARIMUN ISLAND.

Article 1

Reference to the following terms in this Regulation of Minister of Finance shall mean:

• 1. Notification of Customs Single Administrative Document (PP-SAD) shall be mean as Customs Notification document which applied as Import Customs Notification and Export Notification document.
• 2. BBK shall be mean as Batam, Bintan, and Karimun Island.

Article 2

(1) The Entry of goods from LDP to BBK and The Exit of goods from BBK to LDP shall be informed by using PP-SAD document.

(2) Proffering of PP-SAD can be done through electronic media.

(3) Form, content, and admission filling procedure of PP-SAD as referred to at point (1) shall be arranged in this Regulation Enclosure.

Article 3

PP-SAD as referred to in Article 2 point (1) shall be applied to replace the usage of BC 2.0, BC 2.3, and BC 3.0 as Import Customs Notification and Export Notification document in BBK and shall be executed step by step.

Article 4

Further technical rule required for the agenda of execution Article 3 shall be arranged with Regulation of Director General of Customs and Excise.

Article 5

This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall take into effect on 1 December 2006.

For everyone to take cognizance thereof, this Ministerial Decree shall be promulgated by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
